You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to return your order for a full refund (minus return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error).
Products must be: unopened and unused; in original, undamaged packaging; within 14 calendar days of delivery; accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

Step 2: Receive return shipping instructions from our team.
Step 3: Pack the unopened product securely and ship it to the return address provided.
Step 4: Once we receive and inspect the item, we process your refund within 14 business days.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method (for card payments) or by bank transfer (for cash payments at delivery). Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or our error, in which case we cover return shipping.
Opened, damaged, or used products cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene and safety. Products returned outside the 14-day window are not eligible for refund.
If your product arrives defective or damaged, contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost, including return shipping.
You can cancel your order before it leaves our facility at no cost. Once shipped, cancellation is subject to the return policy above.
Under Australian Consumer Law, consumers have the right to cancel purchases made at a distance (online) within 14 days for a full refund, provided goods are unopened.
